Pros
Great company when GD is prime contractor.
Cons
Terrible company when GD is subcontractor which is 95% of time. This company seriously needs to realize that their management is what’s causing this company to lose more and more contracts. When engineers continue to leave, perhaps the Management should look and see how they mistreat employees and act like they replaceable. Require to work an extra day each week(sat or Sunday) while Management goes on vacation is terrible for company morale.
