Pros
Though the benefits are pretty standard for the industry, they are willing to support their talent between contracts.
Cons
The company seems to take some of their culture from their primary customer, which I find undesirable. Their compensation group also goes to extended effort to justify underpaying. Finally, they don't see value in developing their employees if it costs them money.
