Pros
Various exposure to many different aspects of the SATCOM world. Fellow employees are great, like a family. Many of the senior employees are highly skilled.
Cons
Little (if any) raises. Unwilling to get necessary resources to perform your job (equipment or personnel). Priorities are constantly changing. Lack of communication regarding the direction of the company and projects from the higher-ups to the workers.
