Pros
Before current mgmt. structure; great history (motorola), great people, excellent project /business acquisition targeting, potential for employee growth, excellent salary structure.Great product / technology well of knowledge (mature employees).
Cons
Present mgmt: No opportunity for empolyee growth, Technology well drying up with lose of older employees, dept supersior layer filled with empolyees w/self interest and not empolyees (self-survival mode). If your a manager with this attitude then you need to leave as the goal of selfless mentoring and leadership has been clouded by selfless goals. If your over 45-50, keep looking for that tap on the shoulder.
