The vacation hours, health benefits, and schedule flexibility got progressively worse over the 10 years I worked there in order to "be more competitive". Some years they froze pay increases company wide. Huge company with inflexible policies that dictate everything. Numerous layers of management that get progressively more out of touch with operations the higher they go, but are more empowered to make sweeping decisions and frequently do. Training program was a bad joke. IT department blocks employees from using most useful tools.
