      Flexible work hours. Reasonable benefits package. Excellent group of highly motivated and easy to work with engineers Very good facility and equipment. Good management that truly cares about the employees.

      Cons

      Travel can be fairly regular. Annual raises / promotions are limited. Governmental red tape can make some projects difficult.
