Pros
At time interesting projects and challenges, some great people that work there. You get health insurance and 6 holidays off.
Cons
The good people aren't the ones making the important decisions. Systems and policies matter more than people and progress. "You're only working if I can see you " mentality. Don't expect any career progress because the same people have been there for 20 years Too many managers that don't do anything and just bs their way through the job. Nobody trusts you.
