Pros

-Okay for a first job. -Looks good on a resume for a first job.

Cons

-Strange culture. Even though it's small, there are literally employees who will walk right by you and never acknowledge you. -Mostly introverted, insecure engineer types who like to sit in their office. -Grandfathered technologies, with narrowing applications. So they are always desperate to find the "next big thing", which will never come. -Within this tiny bubble, there are some people who've convinced themselves they are amongst the most intelligent people in their field. When in reality, they are living off old technologies that other discovered while it was originally part of Rocket Research.

Pros

When hired, was able to take a schedule that gave me every other Friday off which was very convenient for appointments.

Cons

Schedule that I was hired on was taken away company wide. We were also told that there was a new expectation that we work 45 hours a week minimum. You'll have to record your hours. Anything under 40 is recorded as unpaid time, so there is no leaving early if you complete your work quickly. The culture is pretty bad. Employees are not held accountable for anything at any level. This is an employer you can expect to be yelled at, regardless of fault.
