Pros
The obvious first thing that comes to mind would have to be working only one night a week and no weekends. Working for such a progressive company focused on the betterment of both its employees as well as its customers is a breath of fresh air in modern day business. The time, effort, and resources invested in everyone, including myself, shows a company that truly cares and recognizes the full worth of every person. The amount of long-tenured employees speaks volumes to the commitment of the organization to their own. I can’t speak highly enough of the leadership in place from the top down. They’re constantly challenging others to realize their full potential and grow even further. Instead of an authoritative view which can be intimidating at times, they present one of a mentor. Class acts with a dedication to excellence all around.
Cons
Time off accrues over time, but when accumulated and used wisely becomes more and more advantageous.
