- I have worked in Retail for nearly 20 years and their training program far exceeds any I have undergone. - Open communication. Everyone that works for this company is easily accessible including the President/Owner. - Hours. After managing a Big Box Retailer for years I can finally say I have my life back. Typical Branch hours are 7-4 M-F. I generally get in a little earlier to get my counts squared away and get all the warehouse work done before the Branch is open. Hours will be extended once Covid is under control , but even then the hours are GREAT. -COVID Guidelines. Having a family I fully embrace and respect the steps this company has for protecting its employees and customers. Branches are regularly cleaned. If anyone gets exposed to Covid there are strict steps that must be followed to ensure there is no widespread.
