Pros

Very good insurance offered and the advancement possibilities can be decent depending on which market you are in or if you are relocatable, as long as you make all your metrics and sales goals. Good training materials provided.

Cons

The hours can be long as they prefer to run their stores with skeleton crews. If you're in a lower volume 2 man store, expect to work a lot of extra hours with little or no overtime pay. Very little support from Regional Management as they rarely answer or return phone calls. Upper Management tends to play favorites and uses a double standard to promote mediocre but well liked people.

Pros

Work-life balance is genuinely good. Flexible and not a grind culture.

Cons

Middle management is the weak point. Several managers are promoted developers with no real management training or experience, they know the tech but not how to lead people. Project structure is disorganized and compensation lags behind market rate.
