Pros
Good, talented team of therapists who all care about the residents. Decent starting pay. Plenty of opportunity for overtime at other facilities available.
Cons
Some facilities are better than others. Getting the “minutes” in for residents is priority. Only Christmas and Thanksgiving are paid holidays and you still have to make those days up on a weekend day.
