Pros
I tried to think of something to put here, shy of they will pay you most of the time, but I have nothing good to say at this point.
Cons
Restrictive policies designed to let you fail with no purpose otherwise. No communication, it can take months to get a hold of someone from HR for payroll issues or other HR concerns. The slightest mistake on what they want, not what they say they want will result in a final warning without ever saying what was done wrong in the first place.
