Leadership is supportive, and teams genuinely care about delivering meaningful value to customers. Work-life balance is solid, and there are plenty of opportunities to take ownership and grow your career. Overall, a fulfilling and rewarding place to work.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the extended health benefits. Employees have to pay out of pocket, and the cost keeps increasing every year. At this point, it doesn’t really feel like a benefit anymore.
