      Pleasant environment. Knowledge sharing amongst employees is a bonus.

      Cons

      Not paid well compared to other regions staff. Even after 5 years spending here, you have to still wait for a promotion.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
