      Pros

      It is a very strong company and enable you do move around and work in different capacities.

      Cons

      ALU ownership and the pains of going from a smaller company to a bigger one. Also, some of the management positions could be held by better qualified people.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
