      Genesys has great products and great people- it was a great place to work.

      The influence of Alcatel-Lucent while I was there was detrimental to the atmosphere of the team.

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
