Private Equity owned means that only the top 1% get stocks. 99% of SaaS companies, in current market conditions, will offer a better package. Why settle for less? 3) Not a fun place to work for. Motto is "work hard, work hard". Except during special sales events or in specific locations. 4) Zero talent management. (for the HR reading, no dishonest feedback please) 5) Customers come last (or just before employees).
