Pros
1. On boarding experience - There is a practice here at Genesys called pre-hire candidate engagement where the HR team & the hiring manager meet the employee at a lunch place even before the candidate is onboard, amazing isn't it! 2. The day 1 onboarding experience where you are totally equipped with all the necessary properties for your work, again awesome! 3. There is a person tagged to you (Genwiki) who will help you in your initial days at Genesys, totally approachable & responsive 4. The leadership team is totally employee friendly and is willing to hear even the smallest of the concerns any employee has 5. The office working conditions and ergonomics simply wow! 6. The supervisor and employee relationship are more kind off a mentor and a mentee relationship 7. Genesys is more of an extended family to everyone who works here!
Cons
You guys need to be little stricter to the employees, man it cannot be completely employee friendly! LOL!! On a serious note from what I have observed in my initial few days there is absolutely nothing as a con as such! totally loving it!
