Market is wide open for Cloud based experience as a service. Strong defined corp vision beyond classic nuts&bolts but pushing well into the "Always do what's best and right for our clients". Attitude is strong to do right for clients in the long term as this drives win-win.
Cons
It's become a bigger company, challenges of internal communication are always there. Management getting better at communicating a focused message internally and externally.

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.
Cons
Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
