Smart sales engineers that are willing to indure the stupidity of administrative staff that do not respect, appreciate or understand how an SE contributes to an enterprise software sale.
Cons
No respect for the above mentioned sales engineers. Here is an idea, we are going to hire SE's right off the street with no industry experience.

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.
Cons
Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
