Pros

Great people, Vision of company, commitment to customer success, large portfolio to work with, Executive support and willingness to help. Fast paced environment where change is embraced, company will work to change on a dime as opposed to turning around like a cruise ship. Terrific solutions that span contact center, social, mobile, offered OnPremise and in the Cloud.

Cons

Like any company which is evolving, improvement needed around operational excellence. On a positive note, the company realizes this and is working to improve.

Upward mobility for career. Lack of communication between different areas can cause silos.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
