Pros

everyone is very friendly and helpful if you ever need to reach out to someone for advice or help with a problem

Cons

the training for new associates could be put together a little better. virtual learning is harder to grasp concepts with than a hands on experience in a classroom.

We agree that Genesys is a very supportive environment. We do see your point on the importance of classroom learning which is why each Associate starts out in a 1-2 week in-person Boot Camp. Recognizing that everyone has a different learning style, we utilize several different methods during the six months of training following boot camp including case studies, online classes and mentoring to ensure that all learning styles are addressed. We appreciate the feedback!

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
