      Pros

      Great corporate culture with a buzz of energy. Intelligent people to work with who share common goals. Very accommodating to your career aspirations.

      Cons

      Office location in Daly (fog) City with few restaurants and lunch spots.

      Thanks for the great feedback and we agree on you about the awesome energy that epitomizes Genesys culture! The lunch choices are limited-we might have to add “Must love Subway, Round Table, Sushi and Diners” as part of the Daly City job requirements but there are a lot more options if you are willing to walk or drive. We also bring in catered lunch every Thursday at low cost to the employees.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
