I don't feel we are kept up to date enough on the company strategy, vision, initiatives from the leadership team.

Thanks for the feedback and it's great to hear your positive observations! We do our best to keep everyone updated via a variety of communication channels i.e. quarterly All-Hands, executive blogs/videos and emails as well as a company-wide weekly newsletter.
Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.
Cons
Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
