It’s interesting that some of the things you apparently had issues with during your 10 year employment run at Genesys are the very types of things that most people appreciate; flexible hours, work life balance, and long-tenure. Our rapid overall growth over the past few years has certainly made for some changes, most of which I think are very positive. We definitely strive for transparency – as you said, if things are going well, or if things are not going well…we’ll tell our teams. As with many relationships, sometimes people grow apart. Sounds like you have moved on to something else and I wish you the best of luck in your new endeavor.
