Pros

Unquestionably the best call orchestration, contact center, experience as a service technology in the industry, period. More R&D, superior service scalability, broadest capabilities of any platform. Worldwide reach.

Cons

Total dysfunction amongst leadership team. Zero alignment between sales and services. Sales lacks continuity amongst its Account Executives and Customer Success organization. Pro Services garners little to no respect from the Sales organization because there's little to no recognition of effort. Pro Services approach to FedRAMP has lacked any semblance of a formalized plan and leadership has shown little interest in the FedRAMP platform or the government space therefore the Engineers and Architects needed to develop a stable, scalable and secure platform are not a priority. Instead headcount are allocated to pro services flavor of the day initiatives. No work life balance. No upward mobility from within the company.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
