      Great time off policy Great people Great work life balance

      Top Down-heavy, leadership constantly makes pivots in strategy that don't allow people to take in the changes and assimilate. The company restructured and laid off 10% of its workforce so it's not as stable a company as you think. Poor meeting and email culture (people cancel meetings right before, or won't respond to your emails)

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
