      Pros

      Great CcaaS platform, tremendous innovation, great people, great work-life balance

      Cons

      Have been a lot of bad decisions at the top with no accountability for the person making those decisions. Very political and a who you know culture has led to lots of very talented people being let go while keeping others that don't provide the same value.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
