Pros

The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, so it was easy to get up and running quickly.

Cons

My experience with Genesys was terrible. I was promised a lot of opportunities to grow and develop my career, but instead I was stuck in the same role for over a year. The management team is unprofessional and unresponsive to employee feedback, and the company culture is cold and uninviting. My coworkers were unpleasant and often gossiped about each other. The workload was overwhelming and there was no recognition for the hard work that I put in. It was a complete waste of time and energy. Avoid working at Genesys if you can.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
