HR Dept is more updated, employee info is accessed electronically instead of manually like at SoundBite. Up-to-date as far as having an HR portal for both the HR department's convenience as well as for the convenience of employee's to change or look up their benefits etc. This alleviates the work load from the HR dept.
Cons
Low pay for me anyway. They are very revenue driven, employees seemed more of a number.

We do have a fantastic intranet and HR helpdesk, all of which were created to make things easier for our employees. When we acquired SoundBite, we did some consolidation and your role was not needed. I am sorry that you are still disappointed about this years later. I wish you all the best in your endeavors.

Cons
Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
