Company is growing by acquiring other companies, so we seem to be losing focus through diversification. I didn't agree with this business strategy that has had a negative effect on our profit sharing bonus, but seems to have a positive effect on upper management profit sharing. CEO makes more in a week than one entire production floor of 80 people, including the salary support staff. Over $5M year to a guy with such a negative rating. He's an accountant, not an engineer or an innovator like our last CEO/founder, Fred.
