Pros

Very kind colleagues and the job is not too tiring.

Cons

No commission, low pay. Not sure if it's a cultural thing given that it's a Korean company, but managers heavily micro-manage and overall verbiage from managers to employees felt demeaning. Also had one incident where a manager mocked my accent.
