Everything was a con. Company is an absolute shamble, guess that’s what you get for working for a start up company. Specific staff members need to be taught discipline and manners. Also the management team should really look into serious complaints and find a solution to resolve it. Management in the store get paid to do nothing but sit around in front of a laptop. Also had a few issues of people opening important documents related to staff. Management team could not resolve this, or did not want to resolve this. I will never recommend this store to anyone. One of the worst stores I’ve worked at.
