Cool company with strong collaborations and artistic vision. Relaxed environment with a lot of freedom
Cons
US office management constantly fails the employees by only hiring and promoting their friends (or family), resulting in incompetence and poor leadership. It's a cool brand but there's no upward mobility in this job, and management is more concerned about maintaining the status quo than keeping people around who are actually qualified and able to do their job professionally. Classic case of Asian work culture office dynamics, for better or worse.
