      Good location , benefits , co-workers .

      Cons

      Company continues to "right-size" . Don't ask employees to train their foreign offshore replacements in India , its humiliating . Hire enough people to take the stress off the good people you still have .

      The company has been around for a very long time so it's considered stable,

      Cons

      The company has a lot of maturing to do, not very equitable or inclusive in higher leadership positions and quiet layoffs are occuring so its not a lot of internal growth without being there for 10+ years
