Tight-Nit workplace with a senior level engineer always available if problems arise. Good balance of office and field work. Interesting projects and never quite doing the same thing twice. Large amount of experience in the company to learn from.

Smaller company means you may be put into unfamiliar scenarios, keeps it interesting however

Junior staff and technicians were very helpful. Benefit package was great.

Professional development of employees is definitely the least important part of the company. Also felt my capabilities were not fully harnessed, which is the main reason I left.
