Pros

Free sodas if you can call that a pro. Some really great people working under a dysfunctional management staff. Plenty of chances to practice your skills.

Cons

Sweat shop is a great description. Forced to work a minimum of 45 hours per week as the regular schedule, but most technical staff members also have to work at least one day a week until who knows when. Sometimes after midnight and you still start at 8am that day AND the next day. No chance for real advancement. No support for new technologies. No focus making the product better; just band aid and deliver to the client!

Pros

Pays on time! Staffed with many excellent, competent, knowledgeable people who are capable of juggling the multiple client workload (with enough time, proper management and support) and willing to share their knowledge. Excellent product. Engaging work when allowed to be a _. The home grown Online Project Communication system when used fully. Paul is always seeking opportunities to grow his company and portfolio. Paul Toomey.

Cons

Poor to no documented process. No to poor process review. Status quo approach and mentality is pervasive. No empowerment. No risk management strategy, problems are documented as risks. Too much early focus on customization and too little "off the shelf" leads to failure to deliver on time. Little support. Little willingness to change. More of a don't think, do as you are told than a practice your craft environment. Cliquey environment, where bullying by some tenured people is tolerated. Communication is not effectively managed across platforms. Projects are sold based on the dream (off the shelf) implementation and not on the reality (we don't have the resources and/or plan to get it intricately customized in the time promised). Not enough time for stretched stressed staff to get all the customization work done in the time promised Diversity and inclusion amounts to email reminders of whose birthday month it is and no training.
