      Everyone feels like family. Well managed. Management is good at making workers feel valued.

      As a smaller company, they do have difficulty paying as much as some of the larger players.

      Pros

      Let you dress comfortably and do a lot of group happy hours

      Cons

      Mgmt is indecisive, they are quick to hire and quicker to fire, they don't have enough work to keep you busy (hence firing), can't complain without fear of retribution, leadership in engineering isn't trustworthy.
