      Pros

      Enjoyed my coworkers. IT is generally very helpful and accommodating, quick to respond. I felt leadership listened to concerns and fostered growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much red tape to cut through to get things done. Some areas/groups can get very cliquey and catty.
