      Intelligent and Caring Faculty and Staff, in all corners of the building. A lot of mentorship occurs with senior faculty supportive of those teaching with less experience. Research focused with a a new Dean of our college.

      Cons

      High demand for Research is difficult to balance with course work.

      Remote, good place to grow communication skills, extra hours are usually available, and management is understanding of work/life/school balance.

      Difficult helicopter parents will call/email.
