      Pros

      George Mason has Excellent atmosphere. Plenty of opportunities to network and attend interesting activities. It is a good place to be if you wish to meet interesting people.

      Cons

      Have to make yourself known or you will be lost in the bureaucracy. Get paid very little ad not worth it unless you have a passion for teaching.

      Remote, good place to grow communication skills, extra hours are usually available, and management is understanding of work/life/school balance.

      Cons

      Difficult helicopter parents will call/email.
