      Pros

      Students are great, on campus events are fun and educational, flexibility is a plus, benefits are great.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best, especially being located in Northern VA where rent is high, everything is expensive. It is nice to have high standards of living in that area but the pay does not match whatsoever.

      Excellent people who truly care about their work!

      Honestly, there are not many cons. I fully recommend this working at this university!
