Pros
GMU has impressive teleworking opportunities and flexible scheduling. I've also noticed that most supervisors genuinely encourage employees to set goals that allow them to expand their role and grow within a position.
Cons
Since it's a university, hours are not always 9a-5p and often late hours or weekend hours may be required, depending on the nature of the position.
