Pros
it was a TA job, not much to say. Not micromanaged, some training provided. Pay was terrible, but that's typical.
Cons
No guidance on how often or in what way to evaluate students (i taught lab/recitation section) No assistance from lecture prof in coordinating with him, other than a copy of the syllabus.
