Staff is SEVERLY underappreciated (especially student staff) Internal politics of the office demoralizes employees Director of the program is unorganized and barely present in the office, he is quick to take pictures and show the public all of his hard work when student staff, alumni, and other employees work extremely hard to create great program for students "Programs" are extremely un organized, its well known amongst the Social Work majors that this program is to be avoided at all costs Director is detached from program and from students High turnover due to the senior leadership and office manager
