Pros
There was no commute as on on-campus student, being an on-campus job meant that there were no taxes withheld, there was a decent amount of downtime some days to do homework or relax with coworkers.
Cons
The nature of the job was sometimes unpredictable and seemed to change frequently, I sometimes had to lift some heavy things that were a little too big and awkward for me to lift
