Pros
Free classes and fairly easy work/schedule requirements. It's a good stopgap before a better job while enrolling in free education.
Cons
It won't get you anywhere when it comes to modern-day IT or technology skills. Everything they use is woefully behind the curve and the organization is so large that unless you really push, you won't get hands on experience with anything that will serve you in the outside.
