Being paid to go to school. Good research resources. Intellectually challenging work. Diverse work environment. High quality faculty.
Cons
non compensated expenses such as parking and course fees not included in stipend. The catalog and what is actually offered has some variance. Some of the programs are way too commercial. Food on campus is expensive.
