      Lots of great things about Mason Faculty are amazing There is a real commitment to the students at the college level It's a state entity so the benefits are great

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic and lots of layers creating the "Mason Shuffle" Many areas of the university are well run and collegial The fundraising program is toxic and poorly led. The board of visitors are losing confidence in leadership
